DAY TRIPS - Koh Ha

DAY TRIPS Journey: 2 hours,
Depth: 0-35 metres

Ko Ha is a group of rocks of 6 uninhabited islands, south-west of Ko Lanta.

In the middle of rock n° 2, 3 and 4 a large lagoon is situated with a small beach (at low tide).
With a depth of approx. 3-8 metres the lagoon is ideal for diving beginners or simply for snorkeling during lunch time or between two dives.

Marine life: morays, lionfish, octopus, sea snakes, ornate ghostpipefish, sea horses, shrimps, anemone fish, puffers, porcupinefish, boxfish, turtles, barracudas, scorpion fish, garden-eels, squids, mantis shrimps and much more can be admired in Ko Ha with very good visibility (on the average 15-25 metres).

Fauna: A multitude of intact corals (hard and soft corals) growing in stunning colours and formations. Diving through beautifully overgrown offshore rocks, steep walls, passages, caves and 2 huge connected caverns which can be accessed on 8 metres is an unforgettable experience.
