Scuba Diving Koh Haa

Koh Haa

Koh Haa offers a chance for cavern and and cave diving a beautiful island group. From a distance it looks like 5 Islands and that’s how they got their Thai name (Koh Ha means 5 Islands); but there are actually 6. Famed for its spectacular caves and amazing visibility, Koh Ha with its white sand and spectacular beaches is a pleasure to visit both for its diving and for the very beautiful snorkeling around these pretty Islands but the main reason for visiting is for two world renown sites. Firstly “The Cathedral” consists of two huge caverns where it is possible surface with light coming from below illuminating the water in the most amazing turquoise color. This site is worth the whole trip alone. Secondly a swim-through known as “The Chimney” passes down 10 meters through a hole and continues out through 2 open swim throughs endding up on the sandy bottom where we look for Sharks, Turtles, Marble Rays, Pipe Fish, Nudi Branches, Razor Fish, Octopus and Cuttlefish. A unique trip and one of the best dive sites in all of Thailand.

Scuba Diving Hin Daeng & Hin Muang | Manta Ray

Hin Daeng & Hin Muang

2 world class dive spots! These two reefs surely are among the most beautiful and best sites you can find in Andaman Sea. Due to the exposed location (approx. 30 nautical miles off of Ko Lanta) visibility is excellent with 15-35 metres and the abundance of plankton attracts a variety of large fishes (manta rays, whale sharks, reef sharks). Since Hin Daeng and Hin Muang are only 500 metres apart you can dive at both spots during a day trip.

Scuba Diving King Cruiser Wreck | Koh Phi Phi

King Cruiser Wreck

On the 4th May 1997 the car ferry the King Cruiser sank 10 miles northwest of Phi Phi Island in controversial circumstances. This 85 meter-long steel ferry had been on the same route seven days a week, 365 days a year for the past ten years. She remarkably managed to hit the only navigational hazard within 25 miles and created the perfect wreck dive. She sank on a lovely spring day with no wind, no waves and perfect visibility. No one died. Today the wreck is in spite of a lot of corrosion damages an amazing divesite. Its completely surrounded by big schools of fish and the actual the damage has opened up many interesting places in the ship that was inaccessible for divers previously.
